THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure products and processes meet company quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to identify and report quality issues.

Quality Specialist - Multiple Shifts Available Brownsburg, IN Pay Rates

• 1st Shift: $23.80 per hour
• 2nd Shift: $24.30 per hour
• Weekend Shift: $24.80 per hour

Schedules 1st Shift

• Monday - Thursday
• 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday - Thursday
• 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Weekend Shift

• Friday - Sunday
• 12:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Weekly Pay Join a Global Logistics Leader! Abacus Staffing is seeking detail-oriented Quality Specialists to join our team at our client site in Brownsburg, IN. If you have experience working in a regulated quality environment and are passionate about compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! What You'll Do As a Quality Specialist, you will support daily warehouse operations by ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in a pharmaceutical distribution environment. Responsibilities include:

• Apply Good Documentation Practices (GDP) when completing logs, forms, and controlled records.
• Perform material inspections, label checks, and verification activities to ensure compliance with GMP/GDP requirements.
• Ensure daily activities comply with GMP, GDP, GxP, FDA, and customer quality requirements.
• Assist in conducting internal process audits and operational compliance assessments.
• Help document deviations, nonconformances, and customer complaints while supporting CAPA tracking and follow-up activities.
• Participate in investigations using 5 Why, Fishbone, and other root-cause analysis tools.
• Assist in developing and delivering training related to quality processes and compliance requirements.
• Support customer audits, internal audits, and regulatory inspections by preparing documentation and maintaining inspection readiness.
• Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Follow and reinforce Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a regulated quality environment such as pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare logistics, or related industries.
• Working knowledge of GMP, GDP, and quality compliance requirements.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, including familiarity with root-cause analysis tools such as 5 Why and Fishbone.
• Experience with quality systems such as ETQ, SwiftLog, Blue Yonder WMS, SAP, or similar platforms preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Ability to work assigned schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality standards.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
