Quality Specialist

Job Description:

• The Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and helping maintain product and process excellence across the organization.
• This role works closely with operations, engineering, and cross-functional teams to monitor quality performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings..
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Welling to Working weekends and over-time, shift is 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Ability to provide feedback to production teams to prevent recurring defects
