Quality Specialist

Contract 1st Shift, 5/40
Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $33.52/Hr.

Required Qualifications: Quality Specialist
- Proficiency using measurement tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime.
- Ability to provide feedback to production teams to prevent recurring defects.
- Supports quality assurance activities and ensures compliance with standards.
- Helps maintain product and process excellence across the organization.
- Partners with operations, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
- Monitors quality performance, resolves issues, and supports continuous improvement efforts.
