We are seeking a Quality Specialist focused on Logistics operations, with strong manufacturing exposure and a solid foundation in data analytics. This role supports end‑to‑end logistics performance by driving quality initiatives, conducting root‑cause investigations, and using data to elevate operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Quality & Compliance:

  • Support and enforce logistics quality control processes and best practices.
  • Investigate quality issues across logistics operations and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Train logistics teams on quality standards and process adherence.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics performance data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
  • Build dashboards and metrics to monitor KPIs.
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis and present insights to leadership.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Partner with teams and 3PL providers to optimize workflows.
  • Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and process mapping.

Manufacturing Support:

  • Interface with manufacturing teams to address quality discrepancies.
  • Apply manufacturing analytics to improve production-to-logistics handoff.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing quality roles.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience with manufacturing quality systems.
  • Six Sigma certification.
