Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field Preferred, not required
- 1-3 years of experience in an engineering and/or quality role with hands on mechanical aptitude required
- 1+ years relevant experience in a manufacturing setting required, experience with sheet metal fabrication preferred
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, as well as proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus
- Knowledge of quality systems and related standards with the ability to implement process flows
