Description

  • Lead day‑to‑day quality control operations to ensure compliance with standards and procedures
  • Manage and mentor a team of quality inspectors, driving accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality processes, SOPs, and documentation
  • Conduct process and supplier audits, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions
  • Analyze quality data, non‑conformances, and customer feedback to prevent defects
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues
  • Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

Profile

  • Experience in a Quality Supervisor or senior quality role within manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards
  • Proven people‑leadership experience within a quality or inspection function
  • Hands‑on experience with SPC, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams
  • High school diploma required; technical or quality training preferred
