Job Description- Lead daytoday quality control operations to ensure compliance with standards and procedures
- Manage and mentor a team of quality inspectors, driving accuracy and efficiency
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality processes, SOPs, and documentation
- Conduct process and supplier audits, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions
- Analyze quality data, nonconformances, and customer feedback to prevent defects
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues
- Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

The Successful Applicant- Experience in a Quality Supervisor or senior quality role within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards
- Proven peopleleadership experience within a quality or inspection function
- Handson experience with SPC, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence crossfunctional teams
- High school diploma required; technical or quality training preferred
