Job Details

The Quality Supervisor will be a key driver of excellence at the Neillsville facility.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience supervising Quality Technicians within a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Blueprints: Deep ability to read and interpret blueprints specifically for metal manufacturing.
  • Communication: Ability to write professional reports and effectively present technical data to stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering required.
