Quality Supervisor - Plant Floor

Location: Waupun, WI
Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Quality Supervisor - Plant Floor
[

• Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in flexible packaging, printing, or another regulated manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of flexographic printing processes, color standards, and print-related quality requirements.
• Prior experience with ERP systems, ideally EPS Radius.
• Experience in a manufacturing quality role, with leadership or supervisory capacity.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, schedule, and develop a team.
• Demonstrated experience conducting inspections, audits, start-up approvals, and in-process quality checks in a production environment.
• Proficiency in the use of measurement tools, test equipment, and inspection methods (i.e., attribute, variable, and functional testing).
• Ability to support and lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone/Ishikawa).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to document findings clearly and communicate quality decisions (“go/no-go”) in real time.
