This is a hands‑on Quality Supervisor position overseeing day‑to‑day quality control operations within a busy manufacturing environment. You'll lead a team of inspectors, drive continuous improvement and work cross‑functionally to ensure products consistently meet the highest standards.

Description

  • Lead and oversee all quality control activities on site, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements and regulatory expectations
  • Manage, coach and support a team of quality inspectors to deliver accurate, timely inspections and consistent results
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve quality control procedures, SOPs and work instructions
  • Conduct process and internal audits, identify gaps, and drive corrective and preventive actions
  • Analyse quality data, non‑conformances and customer feedback to identify trends and reduce defects
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues using structured root cause analysis
  • Provide technical guidance and support on quality‑related concerns across the business
  • Lead supplier quality initiatives, including audits, performance metrics and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and records
  • Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety and operational excellence

Profile

  • Previous experience in a Quality Supervisor or similar quality leadership role within manufacturing
  • Strong working knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team in a fast‑paced environment
  • Solid problem‑solving skills with experience using SPC, root cause analysis and corrective action tools
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally and communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Highly organised, detail‑focused and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong commitment to safety, housekeeping and best‑practice working standards
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
