Job Description

Quality SupervisorLead day-to-day quality control activities, ensuring adherence to standards and regulationsManage and mentor a team of inspectors, providing technical support and directionDevelop, implement, and refine quality processes and proceduresConduct internal audits to identify gaps and drive corrective actionsAnalyze quality metrics, non-conformance data, and feedback to prevent defectsPartner with engineering, operations, and supply chain to resolve quality issuesPerform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective solutionsOversee supplier quality performance, including audits and continuous improvementMaintain and update SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentationDrive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellenceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
