Quality System Management Representative Job Description:
- Coordinate all quality system audits.
- Maintain all quality related documentation to ensure that copies of controlled documents are distributed and all revisions are current. (Internal procedures, quality manuals etc.)
- Perform internal audits to ensure the quality system is working as planned
- Participate in all AQP processes.
- Follow up on internal audits and NCR's until closed.
- Work on special projects assigned by the Department Manager.
- Responsibilities will also include checking customer e-based quality system for changes.
- Follow up on opportunities for improvement identified during the internal audits.
- Manage training database (i.e training assignments, training updates, notification to supervisors of overdue training, etc.)
Quality System Management Representative Qualifications: - Ability to think analytically and independently and remain very organized
- Ability to work effectively on their own as well as with others at all levels of the organization
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Quality System Management Representative Minimum Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience a plus
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3
- Experience related to Manufacturing
- Ability to follow established procedures
- Lead Auditor Certification
- High level organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in reading and writing skills and the English language
- Professional demeanor with high standard of ethical behavior
- Must be process oriented and team player.
- Must be proficient in office, and use of computers.
- Familiar with online communication platforms
