Job Description:

Job Overview

Supports quality management activities across analytics and audit disciplines, gaining foundational experience in quality systems, reporting, and compliance. Develops knowledge of quality management principles, industry standards, and quality tools while contributing to data-driven improvement and audit readiness within manufacturing and operational environments.

Your Main Tasks

    1. QMS Maintenance and Compliance
  • Maintain and improve the site Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, corporate requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Ensure that site processes, procedures, work instructions, forms, records, and quality documentation are properly controlled, updated, communicated, and implemented.
  • Support process owners in defining, monitoring, and improving their processes using the automotive process approach, including inputs, outputs, risks, responsibilities, performance indicators, and interactions with other processes.
  1. Internal Audits and Layered Process Audits
  • Plan, coordinate, perform, and follow up internal system, process, and product audits according to the site audit program and IATF 16949 requirements.
  • Support Layered Process Audits, manufacturing process audits, and special audits triggered by customer complaints, nonconformities, process changes, or performance issues.
  • Ensure audit findings are clearly documented, assigned to responsible owners, and closed effectively within defined deadlines.
  • Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions following audit findings.
  1. External Audit Preparation and Support
  • Prepare the site for third-party certification, surveillance, transfer, special, and recertification audits.
  • Coordinate the collection and review of audit evidence, including process performance indicators, internal audit results, management review inputs, customer scorecards, corrective actions, risk analyses, and previous audit findings.
  • During certification-body audits, support the Central QMS Supervisor by preparing site-level information, facilitating interviews with process owners, providing requested evidence, and ensuring timely response to findings.
  1. Nonconformity and Corrective Action Management
  • Coordinate the management of QMS-related nonconformities from internal audits, external audits, customer audits, process deviations, and management reviews.
  • Support teams in applying structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, PDCA, and risk-based analysis.
  • Ensure corrective actions address root causes, are implemented on time, and are verified for effectiveness.
  1. Customer-Specific Requirements and Automotive Core Tools
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of customer-specific requirements related to QMS, audits, document control, product quality, special characteristics, traceability, change management, and escalation.
  • Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment with relevant automotive quality tools, such as:

APQP,PPAP,FMEA,8D problem solving,MSA,SPC...

  1. Process Performance and Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor QMS process performance indicators and support process owners in defining improvement actions when targets are not achieved.
  • Promote continual improvement of the QMS, including simplification of procedures, better audit readiness, stronger process ownership, and improved effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Support the use of risk-based thinking across site processes.
  1. Management Review Support

Prepare inputs for site management review, including:

  • Internal and external audit results,Customer complaints and customer scorecards,Process performance ...
