    The Opportunity

As a Quality Systems Technician, you'll help maintain and improve our Quality Management System (QMS), support audits, manage document control activities, and drive corrective action processes that strengthen product and process quality. Working closely with production and cross-functional teams, you'll support compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.     How You'll Make an Impact

    • Provide administrative support and continuous improvement for the QMS, ensuring ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

    • Administer the ETQ (eQMS) system, including document control, approvals, version management, and periodic reviews.

    • Partner with production and cross-functional teams to maintain quality and customer requirements.

    • Coordinate NCR and CAPA processes to ensure timely resolution and closure.

    • Maintain quality documentation, including PFMEAs, Control Plans, procedures, and work instructions.

    • Support inspections, compliance activities, root cause investigations, and issue resolution.

    • Assist with internal, customer, and external audits, including preparation and follow-up.

    • Generate quality metrics and reports to support continuous improvement and management reviews.

    Your Background

    • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an associate degree with relevant experience; or 3+ years of experience in quality systems, quality assurance, or manufacturing quality.

    • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and Quality Management Systems.

    • Experience supporting quality processes, inspections, audits, and compliance activities in a manufacturing environment.

    • Familiarity with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes and structured root cause analysis methodologies.

    • Experience with document control systems, quality databases, and quality reporting tools.

    • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
