Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintains Quality policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed
  • Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems
  • Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation
  • Compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability
  • Conducts software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management
  • Analyzes data for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment
  • Pull data and create reports from training records
  • Works under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
  • 1+ years of experience gathering and analyzing data
  • Experience with quality audits and assessments
  • 1+ years of experience with data document and control

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in a Quality job role
  • 1+ years of experience working with and supporting Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Bachelor's degree

Summary pay range:

Level 2, Associate: $78,200 - $105,800

Level 3, Experienced: $95,200 - $128,800
