Position Overview

The Quality Systems Administrator plays a key role in supporting our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with documentation, quality systems, and cross-functional teams in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality document reviews in accordance with established procedures
  • Prepare and facilitate product certification documentation for outgoing products
  • Review job packets for completeness and accuracy
  • Create and modify inspection plans based on customer specifications
  • Maintain control of customer and supplier documentation
  • Support calibration processes and recordkeeping
  • Develop and update QMS documents (procedures, work instructions, forms)
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to drive compliance and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Familiarity with FDA Quality System Regulations and/or ISO 13485
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Work Environment

  • Clean, well-lit, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility
  • Moderate noise level
  • Combination of office and shop floor interaction

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Optional overtime on Saturdays (as needed)
