Pay Range: $65 - $68/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze data for Quarterly Executive Management Review (QMR) meetings.
- Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations using information from global Quality and business teams.
- Partner with cross-functional and international stakeholders to gather, validate, and organize quality metrics.
- Review Quality System reports, dashboards, and KPIs within Veeva QMS.
- Support Quality Management System processes, including:
- CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
- Deviations
- Change Control
- Document Control
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of Management Review activities.
- Identify trends and summarize quality metrics for executive leadership.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across Quality Systems.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, GxP, and internal Quality standards.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of Quality Systems (QMS) experience in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or other regulated industries.
- Experience supporting Executive Management Review or Quality Review processes.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva QMS.
- Strong knowledge of:
- CAPA
- Deviations
- Change Control
- Quality Documentation
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with experience preparing executive presentations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams.
- Document Control experience.
- Experience working in FDA-regulated GMP/GxP environments.
- Experience analyzing Quality dashboards and KPIs.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence experience.
