We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Quality Systems Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, challenging, and professional setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our Quality Systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will be the driving force behind the continuous improvement of our quality systems, utilizing your expertise in automation, AI, supplier quality, and regulated environments.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and other relevant regulations.

2. Utilize your knowledge of automation and AI to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our quality systems.

3. Manage and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of products and services, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

4. Conduct audits, both internal and external, to assess the effectiveness of the QMS, identify areas for improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance.

5. Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of performance.

6. Develop and implement quality metrics to track the performance of the QMS, using this data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

7. Liaise with other departments and senior management to ensure quality objectives align with the overall business strategy.

8. Stay abreast of industry developments and changes in regulations, incorporating these into the QMS as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Quality Assurance. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification would be a plus.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Systems Manager role or similar, within a regulated environment.

3. Extensive knowledge of FDA and GMP regulations, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance.

4. Experience in managing supplier quality, with the ability to effectively manage relationships and resolve issues.

5. Strong understanding of automation and AI, with experience in applying these to enhance quality systems.

6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making and continuous improvement.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.

9. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.

10. Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
