Quality Systems Manager

Lead Quality. Drive Continuous Improvement.

We're looking for a Manufacturing Quality Systems Manager to lead and improve our Quality Management System in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 compliance, leading audits, driving corrective actions, and partnering with operations to improve quality, reduce defects, and strengthen overall performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead and improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements
• Manage internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits
• Drive CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions using 8D, 5 Whys, and other quality tools
• Oversee document control, change management, and nonconformance processes
• Track quality KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve quality and production performance
• Coach quality personnel and promote a strong quality culture throughout the facility

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing quality experience
• 5+ years of Quality Systems experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
• Experience leading audits and managing quality systems
• Hands-on experience with CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
• Automotive or Tier 1 manufacturing experience is a plus
• ASQ certifications, Lead Auditor certification, Lean, or Six Sigma experience are highly preferred
