Title : Quality Systems Specialist - III*
Duration : 03+ Months Location: Foster City or Santa Monica, CA (But can be remote)
Pay Range : $65-69/hr. Part Time Role, Working hours will be in PST
Candidates can be remote as long as they are able to work PST hours. Preference to be local to a California Client site (Foster City or Santa Monica) Averaging about 10-15 hours per week, Peak periods can increase to 20-25 hours.
Responsibilities:
Compiling data in support of Quarterly Executive Management Review
Developing PowerPoint presentation with input from global business owners
Collaborating to complete deliverables with global Quality Teams
Reviewing Quality System reports in Veeva QMS and associated dashboards to support data presentation to executives
Provide general support of QMS processes as needed (Deviation, CAPA, Document Control, Change Control)
Requirements:
5+ Years experience in Quality Systems and Management Review
Bachelor's Degree
Strong Presentation Skills
Powerpoint and Veeva QMS experience required
Ability to Manage outputs from cross functional contributors
Document Control experience a plus
