Quality Technician
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems and possess the ability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Must be willing to work in a versatile environment where you will be asked to perform a variety of tasks as part of a team to accomplish company goals.
- Perform quality control and testing services, applying the basic technical knowledge necessary to meet current Engineering Standards and or customer requirements.
- Complete all basic required reports per customer, Engineering Specification, or QMS.
- Escalate issues when found to the appropriate personnel.
- Conduct a variety of audits.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities such as; Kaizen events as needed including 5S and Lean activities.
- Understand and abide by all plant safety rules and regulations.
- Successfully pass all required job specific training.
Experience:
- Prefer at least 2 years post secondary education as or (AS or BS degree in Science a plus).
- Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Blue print reading including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Knowledge of ISO9001: 2015 and ISO17025.
- Organizational skills and 5s experience.
- Strong familiarity with PCs.
- Report writing.

Pay: From $18.61 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
