Job Description Quality Technician
Play a key role in ensuring product quality, process accuracy, and compliance with industry standards. The Quality Technician position combines hands-on inspection, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and support a high-quality customer experience.
Hours: 1st shift, 9am-6pm
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 DOE
What You’ll Do:
Perform product inspections and document accurate quality data Identify defects, nonconformances, and potential risks Analyze trends to improve processes and prevent recurring issues Maintain quality records, including calibration, documentation, and product changes Support audits and ensure traceability requirements are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
What You Bring:
1+ year of quality, inspection, or related experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools Experience with Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM systems a plus Effective communication skills and ability to work across teams Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
