General Purpose: The Quality Technician is responsible for supporting quality assurance activities by inspecting
products, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and
regulatory guidelines.
Managerial or Supervisory Duties & Responsibilities: NA
Individual Contributor Duties & Responsibilities:
• Collect and test Bona Retain Samples
• Verify Production Schedule matches Setup Sheets for each line
• Verify all raw materials are correct and match the Setup Sheets
• Follow general inspection guidelines to perform visual, quantitative, and functional testing on all types of
products in accordance to the product standard manual
• Step in for line leaders when needed
• Make sure all lines are running
• Conduct line testing on downstream line equipment including labeler, capper, and heat sealer
• Make sound decisions regarding the acceptance of product, based on written procedures and established limit
samples
• Accurately document all inspection and test results in accordance with ISO standards
• Hold and disposition product based on the results of quality testing
• Ensure that all test equipment has a current calibration sticker
• Work effectively with all departments to meet and exceed internal and external expectations
• Ensure that coders are up to date on the lines
• Make case labels

Essential - Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of previous work experience in a manufacturing organization strongly preferred
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Must be able to follow instructions
The physical demands and work environmental characteristics:
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fast paced and high stress environment
• The role involves working in a typical office environment, with duties that may extend to meeting areas, offices,
and the manufacturing floor, including stairs in certain areas.
• Must be able to lift- up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work with changing noise levels.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a not climate-controlled environment
