Data collection and population for ISIR reporting, capability studies, and safe launch assurance

Selection of metrology equipment and gaging to optimize measurement efficiency and throughput

Fixture design or contracting

Balloon part prints

Gage calibration

Gage R&R studies

Communicate with employees and vendors in a positive, team-oriented manner.

Comply with all safety and work rules and regulations

Requirements:

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

a. Ability to communicate in English required.

Understanding of GD&T

Ability to program vision-based and touch probe measurement systems: Hexagon CMM, OGP SmartScope Flash, Keyence IM Series, Mitutoyo Surftest, OGP TurnCheck, etc.

Measurement via traditional tools: micrometer, caliper, pin gage, etc.
