Quality TechnicianMon-Fri | 7:00am-3:30pm | Full-TimeCrossville, TN The Quality Technician will support the Quality function by ensuring products and processes meet internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance. This role involves assisting with quality inspections, audits, testing, process improvements, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for a manufacturing professional looking to expand their career in Quality and Engineering within a growing organization. Responsibilities:
Assist with product testing, including RF signal sweeps and other technical measurements
Learn to interpret and evaluate test results accurately
Review and approve production first-offs to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and test specifications
Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, tolerances, and standards
Complete testing according to established procedures and specifications
Populate test result sheets and assist in preparing First Article Inspection (FAI) reports
Ensure quality documentation is accurate and ready for final approval
Participate in production and internal quality audits
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
Assist Engineering with creating and updating work instructions and setup guides
Process approved revisions to work instructions and maintain document control standards
Perform incoming goods inspections according to established check sheets
Create and maintain incoming goods inspection documentation
Communicate test findings and quality concerns to Production and Engineering teams
Follow all company quality standards, policies, and safety procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Up to 1 year of industrial experience in RF cable assembly preferred
Previous quality experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Willingness to learn and develop technical and professional skills
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
