Quality Technician – Urgently hiring in Oxford!

Job Title: Quality Technician
Pay: $22-$28 (DOE)
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 3:30PM-2:00AM
Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a career where your attention to detail can make an impact? Join a growing manufacturing team in Oxford, ME, as a Quality Technician. In this role, you'll help ensure products meet quality standards while working alongside production and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

As a Quality Technician, you'll inspect materials and finished products, perform quality checks, document findings, and help support continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.

What You'll Do
As a Quality Technician, you will:
  • Inspect incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
  • Identify quality concerns and communicate findings to production and leadership.
  • Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and process improvements.
  • Maintain and verify inspection equipment as needed.


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous quality, inspection, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Oxford, ME, offering a Monday-Thursday schedule from 3:30PM to 2:00AM.
