Quality Technician

Job Title – Post Market Quality Technician

Location – 100 Nagog Park, Acton, Massachusetts, 01720

Duration – 03 months contract

Pay Range – $30 - $32 USD hourly on W2

Work hours – Shift Start Time between 6 - 8 am EST

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Post Market Quality Technician to support quality investigations and testing of FDA-approved medical devices. This hands-on role works closely with Quality Assurance and cross-functional teams to maintain compliance, investigate product failures, and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product testing, failure analysis, and post-market investigations.
• Maintain quality records, including NCRs, CAPAs, audits, and training documentation.
• Review Lot Acceptance Records and Device History Records (DHRs).
• Collect, enter, and trend quality data and support Pareto analysis.
• Troubleshoot failure modes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support FDA and ISO 13485 inspections.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Electrical and mechanical experience strongly preferred.
• Medical device, laboratory, or other regulated-industry experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Quality experience with QSR/ISO 13485 preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong technical writing, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and operate basic hand tools.

Work Environment: On-site office/plant/lab position. Requires occasional lifting, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs., and extended periods of sitting/standing.
