Quality Technician

The US Bag Manufacturing, LLC Quality Technician includes a range of responsibilities and skills that are essential for ensuring the quality of the products manufactured including: Inspecting Products: inspect products at various stages to identify any defects or issues that may arise.Documenting Findings: Quality Technicians document their findings and report them to management, suggesting possible solutions to improve the quality of the products.Implementing Quality Control Systems: They implement and maintain quality control systems in the facility.Training Staff: Quality Technicians may also be involved in training staff on quality control procedures to maintain the company's quality standards.Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives as part of the responsibilities.Regulatory Compliance: They ensure that all processes follow local, state, and federal regulations.Other Duties as required. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in quality control with excellent attention to detail, proven supervisory skills, and the ability to work on AM shift
