Compensation: $21.00–$23.00 per hour – paid weekly

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Quality Technician workers for a food manufacturing company in Little Falls, MN. In this role, you’ll help ensure product quality, food safety, and sanitation standards are met in a fast-paced production environment. What You’ll Do as a Quality Technician:- Verify that sanitation procedures are effective
- Coordinate and monitor pathogen testing throughout the plant
- Communicate test results and verify corrective action plans
- Monitor, teach, and enforce GMPs, HACCP, packaging sanitation, and allergen control procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic quality or production issues related to products and materials
- Monitor, maintain, and document incident reports
- Communicate corrective action outcomes to appropriate teams
What You Need to Bring to the Quality Technician Role:- Experience in quality control within a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred
- Food industry experience strongly preferred
- Prior leadership experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of math, biology, and chemistry
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodations
