Use multimeters and other hand tools to test electrical continuity, voltage, and resistance on components and assemblies
Verify components meet dimensional, cosmetic, and functional quality standards
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
Identify and report non-conforming products or process issues
Perform basic troubleshooting on electrical/mechanical components as needed
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
Assist with calibration checks on testing equipment

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, or electronics assembly environment
Working knowledge of multimeters and basic electrical testing
Basic understanding of electrical circuits and components
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, or specifications (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working around industrial equipment and machinery
Preferred Qualifications
Prior quality control or quality assurance experience, ideally in electronics, electrical, or data center/IT hardware manufacturing
Familiarity with ISO or other quality management systems
Basic computer skills for entering inspection data
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work in a plant/warehouse setting with varying temperatures and noise levels
Use of PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection) as required
