Be the Difference Between Good and Exceptional

Overview

At the core of everything we do is quality—and this is where you come in.

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Quality Technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in getting things right. In this role, you won’t just inspect products—you’ll play a key part in solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring that every product that leaves our floor meets the highest standards.

If you enjoy working closely with production teams, using precision tools, and continuously improving how things are done, this is an opportunity to grow your career in a meaningful way.

What You’ll Do

As a Quality Technician, you’ll be a vital partner across the organization, helping ensure quality is built into every step of the process:

  • Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections to confirm products meet engineering drawings and specifications
  • Work directly on the production floor to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues in real time
  • Support timely resolution of nonconformances to keep operations moving efficiently
  • Utilize precision measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and profilometers
  • Accurately document inspection data, quality issues, and corrective actions
  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Help maintain inspection standards, documentation, and acceptance criteria
  • Support quality audits, calibration tracking, and record-keeping
  • Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to improve processes and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards
  • Support material traceability and product compliance documentation (including MTRs)
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Real impact: Your work directly affects product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Hands-on problem solving: Be on the floor where decisions and improvements happen
  • Growth-oriented environment: Develop your technical skills and advance within the organization
  • Team collaboration: Work alongside experienced professionals who value your input
  • Continuous improvement culture: Your ideas to enhance processes are encouraged and acted on

What You Bring

  • We’re looking for someone who is motivated, curious, and ready to contribute:
  • Associate degree in Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, inspection, or production support
  • Background in metal fabrication or welding environments strongly preferred
  • Experience performing inspections and supporting floor-level troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Hands-on experience with measurement and inspection tools
  • Knowledge of quality fundamentals (nonconformances, corrective actions, continuous improvement)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Effective communication and a collaborative mindset
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in stainless steel fabrication, machining, or welding
  • Familiarity with sanitary manufacturing or ASME BPE standards

Our Culture

We believe great work happens when people feel respected, supported, and empowered. In this role, you’ll help us:

  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully across all teams
  • Contribute ideas that improve quality, efficiency, and teamwork
  • Listen actively and value diverse perspectives
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Live our values of Integrity, Trust, Creativity and Courage, Teamwork, and Excellence
