    About Mubea

    Primary duties of maintaining hold areas and rework with secondary duties of a production Quality Technician whom tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.

    Job summary

    • Monitor and maintain hold areas containing suspect and or non-conforming product

    • Maintain inventory and rework request status

    • Facilitate rework of product by utilization of existing and or generate / assist in new instruction development

    • Securing rework orders from production control

    • Demonstration and training of rework tasks to operators

    • Documentation and reporting of rework results

    • Coordinate and oversee containment events

    • Generation of Quality Alerts

    • Supports Layered Process and Product Audits

    • Supports gage calibration

    • Supports with issuing internal corrective actions

    • Enters Quality specific purchase requisitions as instructed

    • Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, blueprints, or formulas and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.

    • Selects products for tests at specified stages in production process, and tests products for variety of qualities such as dimensions.

    • Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures.

    • Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.

    • Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.

    • Prepares graphs or charts of data or enters data into computer for analysis.

    • Must have knowledge of proper use of standard measurement tools. (micrometers, calipers, etc)

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Associates degree or equivalent, or at least two years' experience

    • Automotive manufacturing experience

    • Experience with inventory moves, physical and electronic hold

    • Experience with sheet metal parts

    • Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

    • Experience with 5s, Lockout Tagout, Hazcom, Plant Safety, and gage calibration

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in related field
    • ASQ certification
    • Experience in automotive manufacturing and /or engineering and sales driven businesses
    • Experience working in a Germany based (international) organization
