Quality Technician (Manufacturing / Quality Assurance)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Greensboro, NC. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and production specifications across all stages of manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality testing and analysis on:
- Raw materials
- In-process materials
- Finished goods
- Environmental samples
- Monitor and verify testing procedures to ensure compliance with established standards
- Interpret test results, compare to specifications, and identify variances
- Recommend corrective actions based on data accuracy and product acceptability
- Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated, validated, and properly maintained
- Perform routine quality inspections during production, assembly, and packaging
- Promote and follow safe equipment operation practices
- Assist with training new team members on quality procedures and standards
- Identify and recommend process improvements and efficiency enhancements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 13 years of Quality Technician or Quality Assurance experience
- Strong understanding of quality standards and testing methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments
- Work in a quality-focused manufacturing environment
- Build experience with industry standards and compliance systems
