## **Quality Technician 2nd Shift (WedSun)**
**Location:** Hebron, OH
**Shift:** 2pm-10:30pm | WednesdaySunday (Weekends Required)
**Pay:** **Based on Experience**
Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a detail-oriented **Quality Technician** to join a growing manufacturing team in Hebron, OH. This position is responsible for inspecting materials, performing quality testing, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring products meet company and customer quality standards. ### **Job Responsibilities**
* Perform inspections and quality testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
* Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation using ERP and quality systems.
* Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
* Assist with equipment calibration, audits, and investigations of quality concerns.
* Work closely with production and engineering teams to support quality improvements and ensure compliance with company standards.

### **Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED required.
* At least 1 year of quality control or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
* Experience using measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
