Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician II to join our team in Bennington, VT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of quality that our products are known for. Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Document and report inspection results, identifying any non-conformities and working with the team to implement corrective actions.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures and protocols.

  • Collaborate with production teams to provide guidance on quality standards and best practices.

  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to enhance product quality.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and quality regulations.

  • Support training initiatives for new team members on quality assurance processes.

  • Well versed in CMM (Bridge, Roamer), Operation and programming.

  • Preferred PC-DMIS, Powerinspect

  • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a related field is preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in using measurement and testing equipment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
