    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Inspect completed assemblies for nonconformances as defined in SWI
    • Respond to lineside calls for quality support; disposition suspect assemblies that are in-process
    • Evaluate and disposition individual components for non-conformities
    • Execute required quality audits including, but not limited to:
    • Static torque verification
    • Poka-yoke verification
    • Traceability audits
    • Quality Alert audits
    • Support out-of-process re-work activities
    • Train new operators and inspectors on quality requirements and standards
    • Participate in Root Cause and Corrective Action activities

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • High School diploma or GED
    • Two years' experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Strong oral and written communication
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work requirements, and remain attentive to detail
    • Ability to operate measuring devices.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods of time without sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, or crawling.
    • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
