Quality Technician Lead

Day Shift | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Perform roving product and process audits on the shop floor, coaching closure of non-conformances

Program and maintain automated measurement equipment (Keyence, OGP, CMM, Roboworker)

Confirm measurements and results, assisting with data entry and tracking in Excel and SAP

Create golden samples and sort instructions, and support gage calibration

Train and coordinate team member activities on the floor

Must-Have Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

3-5 years of relevant quality/manufacturing experience

Excellent Excel skills required

Working knowledge of SAP (or aptitude to be trained)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria
