Location: Long Prairie, MN

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: Day Shift | Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Take on a Quality Technician position in Long Prairie and join a team that believes in doing things right the first time. The Quality Technician is responsible for assisting the Quality Leadership team in daily job duties.

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done (Quality Technician Requirements):

• Food quality experience required
• 3-5 years of experience
• Knowledge and experience with Word and Excel
• Attention to detail and drive for process improvement
• Excellent oral and written skills
• High-energy, flexible, self-starter, hands-on, comfortable with little or no administrative support

On the Floor, Every Shift:

Each day, you'll be checking, testing, and keeping production on pace. You'll work side by side with your team to spot and solve problems, track inspection results, and keep your space safe and clean. When you're on shift, things get done right.

Quality Technician Responsibilities & Job Duties:

• Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and production paperwork.
• Update product specifications for all finished goods and ensure new and changing raw materials are properly documented.
• Submit and receive required certifications or claims for finished products.
• Manage customer and R&D sample requests for product evaluation, sampling, and shipping.
• Perform audits, track sanitation compliance, review incoming materials, and ensure products meet all food safety and quality standards.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.
