    Description

    Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our tesm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you have a passion for quality assurance and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
    • Document and report quality issues and non-conformances, collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions.
    • Perform routine testing and analysis using various measurement tools and equipment.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality metrics.
    • Participate in internal audits and assist in external audits as required.
    • Provide training and support to production staff on quality-related topics.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Quality Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
    • Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment (calipers, gauges, etc.).
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    The shift hours are Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.

    You should be proficient in:

    • Quality Inspection Experience
    • 5 Why (Root Cause Analysis Method)
    • PPAP Process Experience
    • Blueprint Reading
