Hamilton Connections is seeking candidates for an overnight quality technician position at a manufacturing company in Walden NY. Day and overnight shifts are available. This is a temp-to-hire position.
The hours are 9 p.m.-5 a.m., Monday-Friday. The salary is $20 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for in-process inspection and test verification for quality, food packaging safety and other requirements
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Ensure all QA bench-top test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly
Responsible for documentation, sampling and quarantining of non-conforming material
Maintain other sample requirements as defined
Maintain strict confidentiality and protect privacy of confidential/sensitive information
All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Associates degree preferred with a concentration in mathematics
2-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
Working knowledge of quality processes and related manufacturing
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Teams and Outlook
