    Summary

    TheQualityTechnician - Overwrap isresponsibleforperforminglineinspectionsandqualityauditstoensureproductsmeetcompanystandardsandcustomerexpectations.

    This roleworksdirectlywithinamanufacturingenvironmenttomonitorproductquality,validateprocesses,identifydefects,andsupportcontinuousimprovementefforts.Theidealcandidateisdetail-oriented,quality-focused,andcommittedtodeliveringexceptionalproducts.

    WhatYou'llDo

    • Reviewjobjacketsandproductspecificationstoverifyproductionrequirements.
    • Conductinspectionsandauditsthroughouttheproductionprocess.
    • Verifyproductsmeetcompanyqualitystandardsandcustomerexpectations.
    • Identify,document,andcommunicatequalityconcernsandnon-conformingproducts.
    • Workdirectlywithoperatorstoensurequalitystandardsaremaintainedduringproduction.
    • Utilizequalitytoolsandequipmenttomeasureandvalidateproductspecifications.
    • Completeinspectionrecords,qualityreports,anddocumentation.
    • Monitorcriticalcontrolpointsandvalidatemanufacturingprocesses.
    • Analyzeinspectionresultsandsupportcorrectiveactionefforts.
    • Ensureproductsareproperlyidentifiedandtrackedthroughoutproduction.
    • Maintainauditfilesandqualitydocumentation.
    • Followallcompanypolicies,qualityrequirements,safetyprocedures,andISOstandards.
    • Supportcontinuousimprovementeffortsfocusedonreducingdefectsandimprovingcustomersatisfaction.

    WhatYou'llBring

    Education&Experience

    • HighSchoolDiplomaorequivalentrequired.
    • Atleast1yearofexperienceinqualityinspection,manufacturing,production,orindustrialoperations.
    • Experienceinprinting,packaging,orrelatedmanufacturingindustriespreferred.
    • ExperienceworkinginanISO9001environmentisaplus.
