Position: Quality Technician
Pay: $21.00/hour
Shift: 3am to 11am, Monday to Friday
Location: Plainfield, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Technician to start IMMEDIATELY at $21/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze preforms on production lines for quality issues
• Inspect for visual defects, weights, color, and thickness readings
• Input data into Infinity system with provided training
• Support rework processes as needed
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Strong experience in quality assurance and process improvement
• Manufacturing experience in a related industry preferred
• Knowledge of quality systems like ISO 22000, FSSC, TQM, 6 Sigma, and EHS standards
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work independently or in a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP
• Data entry and document management skills
• Attention to detail in visual and physical quality inspection
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask under deadlines
