Job Description:
The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power Client s industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.
In this role, you will support mechanical inspection processes on day shift. Through on-the-job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated inspection operations, including performing visual inspections under a microscope and operating precision inspection equipment. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential for success in this position.

Skills:
Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
Strong manual dexterity
High volume parts inspection and handling
Automated inspection equipment operation
Microscopic visual inspection
Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Some college or technical coursework preferred
Ability to read and converse in English
Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
