Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday 7:00 AM -3:00 PM
The Quality Technician is a hands-on role based on the production floor, focused on inspecting composite and aircraft parts to ensure they meet safety, regulatory, and customer standards. This position supports in-process and final inspections, utilizes measurement tools, and maintains precise documentation. It plays a vital part in upholding quality and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is not a desk-based engineering position-it involves active floor presence, working closely with operators and reporting to a Quality Supervisor. The role requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with inspection processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
