Quality Technician/Visual Inspector

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Visual Inspector to join our team in Manchester, NH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products through meticulous inspection processes. Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of components and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and document findings accurately.
• Utilize GD&T principles to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Engage in Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Implement and maintain AS9100 Quality Systems and AS9102 standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (required)

• Experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment (preferred)

• Understanding of GD&T and its application in quality inspection (preferred)

• Knowledge of AS9100 Quality Systems and AS9102 standards (preferred)

• Experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), preferably Hexagon brand (preferred)

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds (required)

• Must have good hand eye coordination and dexterity (required)

• Must have sense of sight (not color blind), hearing and touch (required)

• US Citizen or Green Card Holder (required)

You should be proficient in:

• AS9100 Quality Systems
• First Article Inspection (FAI)

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) (Hexagon)
