Quality Technician Location: Saint Paul, MN 55127Compensation: $19.42 – $26.00/hourSchedule: Full-time - Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PMJob Type: Direct Hire

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Quality Technician I for a company in Saint Paul, MN. This role plays a key part in supporting quality systems, ensuring product compliance, and driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Quality Technician:• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using established standards and tools
• Set up, adjust, and operate inspection equipment including CMM machines
• Document and report nonconformances and inspection results in quality systems (e.g., Epicor)
• Support process improvements, failure investigations, and quality initiatives
• Collect, analyze, and report data to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
What You Need to Bring to the Quality Technician role:• High school diploma required (technical certification or associate degree preferred)
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience or equivalent technical training in quality
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Basic understanding of GD&T principles and inspection tools (calipers, microscopes, CMM)
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
