Keyword's: #Quality-TestEngineerjobs; #CMMProgrammerjobs; #Lafayettejobs; Start Date: Immediate Job Description - The Manufacturing Engineer- CMM Programmer fluidly translates information from 3D engineering models and Client blueprints into building CMM checks for purchased finished goods in Supplier Quality. - The person will create, run off, debug, and maintain CMM checks to support production, receiving inspection, APQP/PPAP, warranty claims and line failures. - The person will work with suppliers to collaborate CMM data in PC DMIS. - This position may also cover mobile arm support and assist the team in technical support. - This is a fast pace, problem solving job that requires solid prioritization and time management skills coupled with strong record keeping skills. - This position serves as a resource for Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality, and the supply base.
