    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience, with experience in a manufacturing test and/or quality environment preferred.
    • Solid experience with National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand, along with hands-on use of data acquisition systems, digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and related test equipment.
    • Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and tools such as PPAP, SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, DOE, Kaizen, and change management, with a working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Strong communication and computer skills; experience with AC drives is highly desirable. Ability to stand for extended periods and travel occasionally as needed.

    What You'll Get from Us

    • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
    • You'll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
