Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
  • Support deliverable execution for New Product Introduction and Continuous Product Improvement processes for MineStar Technologies offerings.
 
Typical task breakdown:
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) projects:
  • Create documentation
  • Validate form, fit and function of newly developed products
  • Continuous Product Improvement:
  • Evaluate defect in production products
  • Advance support for internal and external customer:
  • Triage escalations to restore customer production system
 
Education & Experience Required:
  • Years of experience: 3- 4 years experience. Experience in NPI and CPI processes.
  • Degree requirement: Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Mining Engineering or Mechanical Engineer. Will accept an Associate’s with more years of relevant experience. Master’s degree may be overqualified.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $38.00 - $39.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
