Quality Trainer- 1st Shift

Advance Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Trainer to support employee development, quality assurance, and operational success. The Quality Trainer will be responsible for training, coaching, and supporting new and existing employees to ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures are consistently followed. This position plays a critical role in maintaining workforce performance, improving productivity, and ensuring our client receives a highly trained and reliable team.

Shift is Monday to Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM. Weekends are required if scheduled, with some overtime and weekend work as required unless otherwise previously approved to be off of work.  

Pay $17.00 per hour    

Responsibilities:

• Conduct new hire orientation and on-the-job training.
• Train employees on quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance during and after training.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve quality and productivity.
